Nice and excellent hotel, it deserves its 4 stars. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. The hotel has a great location, in the middle of jackson. Overall GOOD food, plus there is Filomena Gastrobar close by.

We had a great time at this place! The location is perfect, close to everything in downtown. The room service was top-notch, and they even offer car hire and dry cleaning services. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service that made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a sitting area, made our stay even more comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The garden and terrace provided a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa and wellness center, along with the outdoor swimming pool, were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Amazing stay during New Year festivities with great location and free breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area was refreshing. the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities provided for a relaxing stay.

The noise level from the birthday party was extremely high and disruptive. the TV in the pool area was too loud when nobody was watching it.

I stayed at this hotel on my recent trip and was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect, only a short walk away from all the local attractions and shopping areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I particularly liked the pool area and spent many lazy afternoons relaxing there. The noise levels in this hotel were a major downside for me. There seemed to be a lot of parties going on and the music was played at a volume that was far too high, making it difficult to sleep at night.
